The Manawatu Industrial Park is approximately 88 hectares in total and located approximately five kilometres from the Palmerston North CBD. It is adjacent to Palmerston North Airport and part of the North East Industrial Zone providing for large and small footprint industrial activities.
Currently subdivided into approximately 35 sites with all infrastructure in place, including roading and landscaping.
The Manawatu Industrial Park is located in an industrial zone that allows 24/7 operations.

Palmerston North is a significant road and rail junction. As such, it is an important distribution hub for the central and lower North Island, with many freight distribution centres based here. The Manawatu Industrial Park is located adjacent to Palmerston North airport and has excellent access to the extensive road, rail, and air networks moving freight in and out of the region. The Manawatu Industrial Park is just five minutes from downtown Palmerston North with Auckland a one hour flight away and Wellington a two hour drive.

ROAD – State Highway 3 is the main State Highway in Palmerston North, with State Highway 1, New Zealand’s main highway, passing about 25 km to the west of the city.
RAIL – Palmerston North is an important passenger and freight stop on the North Island Main Trunk Railway. The North Island Main Trunk Railway is joined by the Palmerston North – Gisborne Line, which runs through the Manawatu Gorge to Woodville and Hawkes Bay, with a connection to the Wairarapa Line at Woodville.
AIR – Palmerston North Airport is approximately 2 km from the Manawatu Industrial Park and one of only three national airports that can move freight 24/7. Domestic services include flights to and from Auckland (1 hour), Christchurch (1 hour), and Wellington (30 minutes).
